The position of Analyst – Healthcare/ Hospital Consulting within Strategic Consulting Division is considered part of the leadership team within Consulting. The role of a Analyst will involve being closely involved across multiple consulting assignments across the MEA region as part of a multi-disciplinary team, collating primary and secondary research information collaborating with various departments, preparing market models, preparing structured reports with storyline in place, and supporting the responsible manager in proposals.
Technical Skills Requirements:
Primary research with clinical and administrative personnel
Detailed secondary research
Report-writing skills / communication skills / presentation skills
Knowledge of and previous experience in working in healthcare advisory assignments including demand assessments, supply and competitor profiling, financial analysis including knowledge of operational benchmarks for healthcare facilities
Experience in executing healthcare assignments including timely delivery of projects, client communications, storylines for presentations, proposal support and discussions etc.
2-3 years' experience in healthcare consulting preferred (i.e. having worked with hospital/ medical groups for consulting engagements like expansion of hospitals, business plans, feasibility studies, due diligence, performance improvement in hospitals etc.)
A strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
Relevant degree in healthcare management / life sciences / finance / economics / business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
