Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Support senior project managers in tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Organize meetings, document action items, and follow up on tasks.
  • Help identify project risks and assist in resolving issues as they arise.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including reports, schedules, and meeting notes.
  • Assist in managing resources and ensuring teams have the tools they need.
  • Prepare progress reports for senior management and clients.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews and lessons learned.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0-1 years of experience in project management, construction, or the facade industry (internships or relevant part-time roles are acceptable).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of construction project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar).
  • A keen interest in the facade industry and construction technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with facade systems and materials (e.g., curtain walls, glazing, cladding, etc.).
  • Understanding of building codes and safety regulations in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Construction management or facade-related certification is a plus (e.g., LEED, PMP, or similar).
