Job Summary:

A Fast Food Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food items quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. They work in a fast-paced environment and ensure that food is prepared according to the restaurant's recipes and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook fast food items such as burgers, fries, sandwiches, and salads.

Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency.

Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens safely and efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.

Monitor food quality, temperature, and presentation standards.

Restock food supplies and ingredients as needed.

Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.

Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly.

Work as part of a team to meet customer demands and reduce wait times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus, but not required.

Basic understanding of cooking methods and food safety practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
