Role & responsibilities

  • Responsible for Daily, Weekly, Mold loading Plan.
  • To Load / Unload Molds, Responsible for issuing correct ratio of virgin and regrind material and produce components as per standards.
  • To Process Engineering Plastics like Nylon 6, Nylon 66, Delrin, POM, ABS, PP, etc.,
  • Responsible for Rated Shift Output.
  • Responsible for reducing Rejections thro 7 QC tools.
  • Responsible for Raw Material Reconciliation every shift report.
  • Responsible for 5S, 3C in the Shop Floor.
  • Should have handled auxiliary equipment's.
  • Should have substantial experience in automotive components.
  • Experience in single minute die exchange methods.
  • Fluent Hydraulics / Electronic Debugging of Machines.
  • Worked in IATF 16949 organisation with minimum 15 injection Molding Machines..
  • MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN ROTATIONAL SHIFTS

CIPET / NTTF / Diploma / Degree in Plastic Processing
