Minimum **3 years of experience** as a **Packing Supervisor** or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Supervise the daily packing operations to ensure timely and efficient packing of products.
- Monitor and optimize the packing process to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Manage and train packing staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Assign tasks, set daily targets, and monitor team performance.
- Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in packing.
- Implement and enforce **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
