Supervise the day-to-day operations of the despatch area, ensuring goods are packed, labelled, and shipped correctly and on time.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams to ensure smooth outbound logistics.
- Schedule and monitor delivery vehicles and drivers to ensure optimal route planning and timely deliveries.
- Ensure accurate documentation, including delivery notes, invoices, and shipping labels.
- Maintain dispatch records and prepare regular reports on dispatch activities, performance metrics, and delivery issues.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
