Sports Management Intern – Smashtress (Full-Time, 3-Month Internship)

Location: Ghaziabad

Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time)

Stipend: Rs 12000 per month

About the Role

Smashtress is looking for passionate and serious individuals who want to build a real career in the sports industry. This internship is designed to give hands-on exposure to the entire ecosystem of sports management — including operations, sales, business development, event execution, academies, and venue management.

What You Will Work On

As a Sports Management Intern, you will be actively involved in:

  1. Event Operations & Management

* Execution of major sports events, including an international football tournament.

* Planning and handling local grassroots tournaments across multiple sports.

* Coordination with teams, referees, vendors, and on-ground staff for seamless delivery.

  1. Business & Sales Support

* Assisting in lead generation, sales outreach, and client communication.

* Supporting business development strategies, partnerships, and collaborations.

  1. Academy & Venue Management

* Daily coordination with coaches, venue managers, and caretakers.

* Ensuring smooth functioning of sports academies, turf operations, and pay-n-play venues.

* Maintaining operational standards and customer experience.

  1. Research & Documentation

* Working on business models, market insights, and operational reports.

* Understanding the structure of the Indian sports ecosystem.
