With a strong network, premium outdoor inventory, and a legacy of impactful campaigns, we help brands connect with audiences at the ground level. We are now expanding our digital footprint and looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to support our marketing and growth initiatives.

Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving Aanchal Marketing's online presence, generating high-quality leads, and supporting brand-building efforts. The role involves managing digital campaigns, creating engaging content, optimizing performance, and coordinating with the sales and creative teams to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Generate qualified leads for RWA Branding, Highway Branding, and Retail Media.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI.

2. Social Media & Online Presence

  • Manage Aanchal Marketing's social media pages with consistent, high-quality content.
  • Grow audience engagement through posts, reels, stories, and campaign showcases.
  • Maintain a strong brand voice aligned with our outdoor media expertise.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Improve SEO rankings for targeted keywords related to OOH, RWA branding, and outdoor media.
  • Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and service pages.
  • Analyze website traffic using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.

4. Content Creation & Coordination

  • Write posts, captions, blogs, emailers, and marketing content specific to the outdoor advertising industry.
  • Work with designers to develop creatives, case studies, and client success stories.
  • Ensure content represents Aanchal Marketing's positioning accurately.

5. Email, CRM & Lead Nurturing

  • Manage email marketing campaigns using CRM tools.
  • Maintain lead lists, track inquiries, and support the sales team with digital follow-ups.
  • Run retargeting campaigns for website visitors and past leads.

6. Market Research & Insights

  • Track industry trends in OOH, branding, and digital advertising.
  • Monitor competitor marketing strategies and suggest improvements.
  • Identify new opportunities for digital growth.

7. Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing.
  • Good understanding of SEO, analytics tools, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication skills with creativity and attention to detail.
  • Experience in outdoor advertising or agency background (preferred, not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹35,000.00 per month
