Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Vendor & collateral management:
  • Collaborate with external vendors for printing, designing, and producing marketing materials (e.g., brochures, banners, certificates)
  • Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and meet quality standards
  • Track vendor timelines and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
  • Inventory management:
  • Maintain accurate records of all in-house marketing collaterals
  • Track stock levels regularly, forecast requirements, and prepare reorder requests
  • Ensure collaterals are organized, stored properly, and remain easily accessible for team needs
  • Project coordination:
  • Support in executing cross-functional marketing projects such as campaigns, branding activities, or partnerships
  • Assist in planning, tracking timelines, and managing dependencies between teams
  • Take ownership of smaller deliverables within larger projects and ensure timely execution
  • Deployment support:
  • Prepare and dispatch marketing materials for installations, events, or post-sales activities such as display boards and certificate distributions
  • Coordinate with field and operations teams to ensure smooth and accurate execution
  • Track deliveries and update the marketing team on status reports
  • Event management support:
  • Assist in handling event logistics, booth setup, material movement, and on-ground coordination
  • Support the marketing team in pre-event preparation including collaterals, giveaways, and checklists
  • Collaborate with event organizers and internal stakeholders for seamless execution
  • Customer testimonial coordination:
  • Work with field teams to identify potential customers for testimonials
  • Schedule, coordinate, and organize testimonial photo and video shoots
  • Ensure all outputs align with brand tone, messaging, and quality standards
