Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Source candidates through approved channels including job portals, social media, professional networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening of applications to ensure suitability as per job requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to gather role-specific requirements and finalize interview schedules.

  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling, communication, and candidate follow-up.

  • Interview & Onboarding Support

  • Prepare interview schedules and circulate them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Send timely reminders to candidates and panel members.
  • Ensure interviews are completed as per defined timelines.
  • Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
  • Employee Records & Attendance
  • Maintain accurate attendance records for all employees.
  • Ensure regular updates and reporting as per organizational requirements.
  • Employee Relations
  • Assist in resolving employee disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior HR management as per policy.
  • Social Media & Employer Branding
  • Manage official company social media profiles for recruitment and employer branding purposes.
  • Ensure that all postings reflect the organizations values and culture.
