Role Summary

We invite accomplished academicians and researchers to join as Professor – Management. The role involves teaching core management subjects, leading research and consulting initiatives, and mentoring students to become industry-ready leaders. Candidates should demonstrate academic excellence, leadership qualities, and an ability to bridge theory with real-world practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach core courses such as Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership.
  • Supervise research projects, case studies, and student consulting work.
  • Publish research in reputed peer-reviewed journals (Scopus/ABDC/UGC).
  • Develop new curricula reflecting emerging business trends.
  • Conduct Management Development Programs (MDPs) and executive training sessions.
  • Collaborate with industry leaders to enhance practical learning and placements.
  • Represent AIM in academic and corporate forums.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ph.D. in Management or related discipline (mandatory).
  • 10+ years of teaching, research, or corporate experience.
  • Strong research portfolio with published papers in reputed journals.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver management education programs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
