Role Summary

AIM invites applications for the position of Professor – Finance to lead teaching, research, and industry engagement in finance and banking-related disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess strong academic credentials, a proven research background, and a deep understanding of financial markets and emerging trends in fintech and investment management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach core and elective finance subjects such as Corporate Finance, Financial Markets, Investment Banking, and Risk Management.
  • Mentor students in research projects, dissertations, and case studies.
  • Publish high-quality research in reputed journals (Scopus/ABDC/UGC).
  • Contribute to curriculum design, pedagogical innovation, and academic leadership.
  • Lead executive training, MDPs, and consulting assignments for industry clients.
  • Establish collaborations with financial institutions and corporate partners.
  • Represent AIM at national and international academic forums.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Ph.D. in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline (mandatory).
  • 10+ years of teaching, research, or corporate experience in reputed B-Schools or organizations.
  • Strong research publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Demonstrated leadership in academic program development and corporate interface.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
