Responsibilities

· Designing mechanical components, fixtures, and assemblies for robotic and automation systems.

· Creating
3D models, 2D drawings, and simulations
 using
Autodesk Fusion 360
 and other CAD tools.

· Collaborating with electronics and robotics engineers to integrate mechanical designs seamlessly.

· Performing tolerance analysis, stress analysis, and manufacturability checks.

· Preparing
technical manuals, datasheets, and mechanical engineering documentation
.

· Supporting prototyping, fabrication, and assembly of designed components.

· Assisting in installation, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems at client sites.

Qualifications

We're seeking candidates with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and an innovative mindset. The ideal candidate will have:

· A Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

· Hands-on experience with
CAD software (Autodesk Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
.

· Knowledge of
manufacturing processes, materials selection, and design for assembly (DFA/DFM)
.

· Ability to read and create engineering drawings with GD&T.

· Understanding of robotics/mechatronics principles is a plus.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Skills Required

· Proficiency in
Autodesk Fusion 360
 (3D modeling, assemblies, drawings, and simulations).

· Knowledge of
sheet metal, machining, 3D printing, and fabrication techniques
.

· Basic knowledge of automation/robotics systems and sensor integration (preferred).

· Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

· Familiarity with technical documentation and datasheet preparation.
