Key Responsibilities:
To maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
To receive, unload, and shelve supplies as per school needs.
To perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
To inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements
and record keeping.
To rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses as per Centre.
To ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels
and maintain inventory control.
To coordinate & handling of freight, the movement of equipment as necessary.
Data entry, analysis in the MICM system.
To act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
To identify problematic areas and implement strategic for store and stock maintenance.
To audit systems and assess their outcomes as required.
To preserve assets, information security and control structures.
To provide annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Stock reports to maintained and to be shared with the Head of Departments.
To maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational/ professional
workshops.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Head of Department/ Administrator.
The Management reserves its right to add to, modify or rework the above job responsibilities at its
discretion from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
