Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and organized Wedding & Matchmaking Consultant to handle both national and international client inquiries. The role involves understanding client preferences, suggesting compatible match profiles, and recommending personalized destination wedding packages while ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to domestic and international client inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Understand client needs to suggest suitable match profiles and destination wedding options.
  • Present and explain services, packages, pricing, and timelines in a clear and professional manner.
  • Create and share customized proposals, event plans, and travel itineraries tailored to client preferences.
  • Maintain and regularly update the client database (brides, grooms, and families) with accurate details.
  • Coordinate with vendors, travel partners, and internal teams for seamless event execution.
  • Provide ongoing client support and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and successful conversions.
  • Stay informed about current trends in wedding destinations, event themes, and matchmaking practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
