About the role.

We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Techno-Functional Supply Chain Data Consultant to join our team. This role bridges business consulting with technical data engineering expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of supply chain planning concepts alongside hands-on experience in big data technologies. You will work cross-functionally to design and implement advanced data-driven SCM solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather supply chain requirements and translate them into
  • scalable data and system solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain large-scale ETL data pipelines using tools like HiveQL, PySpark,
  • Python, and SQL to support real-time and batch processing needs.
  • Configure and implement planning tools (Kinaxis, o9, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM Cloud, etc.) aligned with client-specific supply chain processes.
  • Build and manage SCM data models and integration layers to enable visibility across demand forecasting, S&OP, inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to deliver insights that improve key SCM metrics (e.g., OTIF, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy).
  • Use orchestration and streaming tools like Airflow, Kafka, or NiFi to automate and scale data workflows.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure solution architecture supports both
  • business processes and performance needs.
  • Participate in change management, user training, and knowledge transfer to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
  • Support SCM analytics use cases, including predictive modeling, KPI dashboards, and scenario- based planning
