Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate management students core and elective finance subjects, such as:

• Financial Management

• Corporate Finance
• Investment & Portfolio Management
• Financial Markets & Institutions

• Management Accounting / Cost Accounting

• Design and deliver lesson plans, case studies, and assessments in line with the academic curriculum.

• Guide students in research projects, internships, and financial analysis assignments.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in finance, banking, taxation, and financial technology.
• Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning activities.
• Evaluate student performance through continuous assessment and examinations.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.
• Collaborate with placement and industry relations teams to align learning with employability needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters degree in Finance, Commerce, or Management (MBA Finance / M.Com) from a recognized institution.
• Candidates with Ph.D. or UGC-NET qualification will be given preference.
• 3-10 years of teaching or relevant industry experience in finance, banking, or accounting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and other financial analysis tools (preferred).
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students toward professional success.
