About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive the Online Category Business with full P&L ownership. The role demands a balance of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and team leadership to scale an EdTech category through strong product, marketing, and executional levers.

You will be responsible for the categorys overall business performance — from product design and faculty management to digital presence and pricing strategy, ensuring growth, profitability, and brand strength across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Own and drive the Online Business P&L for the assigned category.
  • • Strategise, plan, and execute annual and monthly business growth targets.
  • • Manage the complete Product Lifecycle – conceptualisation, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market launches.
  • • Collaborate with faculty and academic teams to build high-quality, high-performing courses.
  • • Drive digital visibility and engagement through YouTube, social media, and influencer strategies.
  • • Work closely with marketing, tech, and sales teams to ensure seamless launches and promotions.
  • • Monitor key business metrics (sales, conversion, CAC, LTV, etc.) and continuously optimise for efficiency.
  • • Lead and mentor a team for business execution, campaign management, and performance analysis.
  • • Analyse competitor trends and student insights to inform product and pricing decisions.

Key Requirements

  • • 7–10 years of experience in Category Management / Business P&L / Product Management, preferably in EdTech, Consumer Internet.
  • • Proven track record of managing revenue-focused portfolios or digital-first businesses.
  • • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data-driven decision-making.
  • • Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and influencer ecosystems.
  • • Exceptional people management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and execution.
