We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead our Microsoft Cloud Solutions team, focusing on Azure DevOps, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Fabric, Office 365, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and delivering complex cloud-based projects, a deep understanding of Microsoft's ecosystem, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute strategies for the adoption and integration of Microsoft technologies to meet organizational objectives.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization leverages cutting-edge solutions.

  • Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Microsoft professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee resource allocation, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.

  • Project Oversight:

  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects involving Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Office 365, and SharePoint, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.

  • Implement best practices in project management, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Governance and Compliance:

  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor system performance and implement security measures to protect data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT management, with a focus on Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Fabric, Office 365, and SharePoint.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
