JD Client Servicing Executive

Position Overview:

The Client Servicing Executive plays a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. Acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams, this role is responsible for maintaining clear communication, tracking project progress, and contributing to strategic planning. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-impact advertising solutions that align with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

● Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

● Understand client business objectives and marketing goals, translating them into actionable project plans.

● Conduct routine follow-ups to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

● Support account managers in building long-term client relationships by proactively identifying opportunities for value addition.

Project Execution & Coordination:

● Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.

● Track campaign progress, flagging potential bottlenecks and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

● Work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure seamless execution of client briefs.

● Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and performance summaries.

● Ensure weekly status updates are sent, and client receive clear timelines,next steps and escalation matrix if needed.

Market Research & Insights:

● Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support strategic recommendations.

Business Growth Support:

● Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services based on client needs.

● Assist in pitch presentations and proposal development to support new business acquisition.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

● Must be familiar with basic advertising guidelines including ASCI code, RERA compliance (for real estate) and BFSI communication standards.

● Experience: 1-2 years in client servicing, project management, or account management roles within an ad agency on client side.

● Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

● Organizational Abilities: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

● Market Awareness: Familiarity with Indian advertising trends, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing platforms.

● Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using project management tools, MS Office, and presentation software.

● Need to have knowledge regarding the advertisement legal part.

Office Location - 1st floor, 96, Beltala Rd, Bakul Bagan, Kalighat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700026

Office Time – Monday to Saturday 9.30 am – 6.30 pm

Remuneration –

· For Experience in real estate / Ad Agency - Hike over last drawn

· For Freshers / different work ex - 15k – 30k (Depending upon interview)
