Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled VDI / VMware Environment Setup Engineer for a short-term contract position. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments and possess strong knowledge of VMware technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and configure VDI Environments using VMware Horizon .
  • Manage and troubleshoot VMware infrastructure components.
  • Work with AWS Cloud for environment hosting and scalability.
  • Utilize scripting skills (preferably JavaScript or similar) to automate environment tasks and configurations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless environment delivery.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in VDI and VMware setup and support.
  • Strong knowledge of VMware Horizon , vSphere , and related tools.
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud services and integrations.
  • Experience in JavaScript scripting or similar languages for automation.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
