Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Java Technical Lead
to drive the technical design, architecture, and delivery of complex enterprise applications. This role requires strong expertise in
Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS
, along with proven leadership in handling end-to-end project development. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions aligned with business objectives. The Java Technical Lead will also play a key role in architecture planning, code reviews, and ensuring best practices across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
10+ years of experience in Java development
Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API development
Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services and deployment
Proven experience in end-to-end project handling — from requirement gathering, design, and development to deployment and post-production support
Experience in developing and maintaining Loan Origination System (LOS) or Loan Management System (LMS) solutions
Proficiency in database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle), writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and managing data integrations
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code practices
Ability to lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and guide developers
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
