We’re Hiring: Java Technical Lead (10+ Years Experience) Location: Pune Company: Claidroid Technologies Experience: 10+ Years About the Role Claidroid Technologies is looking for a dynamic Java Technical Lead who can bridge technical leadership and product vision . You’ll be steering a talented team of 5+ developers, shaping greenfield projects from concept to production. We’re seeking a hands-on leader who writes elegant code, drives innovation, and always keeps customer needs and business goals in focus. Key Responsibilities Architect and develop robust applications using Java , Spring Boot , and Spring Integration . Implement and manage secure APIs leveraging OAuth 2.0 standards. Work with MongoDB for efficient data handling and performance tuning. Design and deploy scalable cloud solutions using AWS . Manage Kubernetes clusters for seamless container orchestration. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins . Mentor and lead your team with strong technical guidance and ownership. Collaborate with stakeholders to align on product direction and execution. Deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions for greenfield projects . Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Java , Spring Framework (Boot, Integration) , and OAuth 2.0 . Solid understanding of MongoDB , AWS , Kubernetes , and Jenkins . Experience leading a team of 5–8 developers . Proven record of taking greenfield projects to production release .
