EdTech Sales Lead

We are looking for a Sales Lead who will not only manage and guide a team of sales representatives but also actively engage in lead conversion and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Conversion:
- Take ownership of high-priority leads and personally drive closures.
- Engage with prospective students, professionals, and corporate clients to understand their learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Work closely with the inside sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion.
- Follow up on leads from different sources like WhatsApp, CRM, and direct inquiries.
Team Leadership & Goal Achievement:
- Manage a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Set individual and team sales goals, track performance, and provide guidance for improvement.
- Conduct regular team meetings, sales training, and performance reviews.
Process & Strategy:
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and funnel efficiency.
- Optimize sales scripts, call strategies, and follow-up sequences to improve conversion rates.
- Identify and implement best practices for increasing revenue and reducing customer acquisition costs.
Reporting & Insights:
- Maintain accurate sales reports and present performance analysis to management.
- Track key sales metrics such as lead-to-enrollment ratio, revenue per lead, and customer retention.
Key Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in EdTech sales, B2C sales, or corporate training sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience in handling a sales team and driving them toward targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (like Neodove, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation processes.
- Ability to multi-task between leading a team and personally handling high-value leads.
- Knowledge of the IT education/training sector is a plus.
