Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
HR & Operations Executive
to oversee our IT operations and bridge the gap between technical teams and business functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong background in corporate IT environments, and the ability to manage teams effectively. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, leadership, and HR collaboration, with a preference for candidates based in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding).

  • Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in HRMS.
  • Support payroll processing and leave management.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training sessions.
  • Handle employee queries and support grievance redressal.
  • Assist in performance appraisal documentation and process support.
  • Support cross-functional operations to improve internal processes.
  • Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and preparing operations reports.
  • Coordinate with departments for timely execution of operational tasks.
  • Help implement and maintain SOPs across departments.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government bodies as needed.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR and administrative operations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRMS software knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Exposure to compliance documentation and ISO/internal audits.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
