Role Overview

Krimatix is seeking a highly skilled
Team Lead
to manage a development team and drive delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role combines advanced technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring projects are aligned with business objectives while maintaining code quality and development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices.
  • Work on advanced technologies including

  • Design and implement scalable solutions using
    Azure cloud, microservices, and micro-frontends
    .
  • Drive Agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of deliverables with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    7+ years of software development experience
    with
    2+ years in a leadership role

  • Advanced expertise in

  • Strong experience with

  • Proven ability to
