Role & responsibilities

Clares Software Services is seeking skilled and motivated Developers to join our technical team. The role involves designing and building robust, scalable, and secure applications across front-end, back-end, data, DevOps, OCR, and integration layers. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling full-cycle development, and ensuring seamless deployment to cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive and accessible front-end applications using , TypeScript, Tailwind, and
  • Build and optimize back-end services with , N8N, and Python, incorporating REST APIs, async queues, and authentication (JWT).
  • Manage and optimize data storage using PostgreSQL 16 (JSONB, RLS) including schema design, indexing, and migrations.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure and DevOps processes with Docker, Railway, Azure Cloud, Terraform, and ensure CI/CD pipelines are efficient.
  • Work with Docparser for OCR template design and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
  • Develop and integrate API clients using N8N + for seamless third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, QA) to align technical solutions with business requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and scalability standards.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • An excellent educational career in science or technology from a college of repute.
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 25 years of proven experience in full-stack development or related roles.
  • Hands-on expertise in modern front-end and back-end frameworks.
  • Experience in PostgreSQL database administration and optimization.
  • Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and cloud deployment.
  • Exposure to OCR, automation tools, or workflow engines is a plus.
