Membership Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Membership Sales: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to attract new members, and maintain relationships with existing members to drive retention.
Member Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to member inquiries, and ensure seamless operations.
Relationship Building: Establish a network of referrals and partnerships with local businesses to promote the clubhouse.
Community Events: Engage in community events to enhance club visibility and relationships.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas, converting leads into active memberships.
Required Skills:
Sales and Marketing: Proven sales skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns.
Data Analysis: Basic knowledge of data analysis, with the ability to track sales performance and member engagement.
Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
Fitness Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the fitness industry, with experience working in a gym or clubhouse setting.
CRM Software: Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
Event Planning: Experience planning and executing events, including member appreciation events and community outreach programs.
Experience:
Sales Experience: 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
