As a Sales Executive at our gym, you will play a vital role in driving membership sales and promoting our services to potential customers. You will be responsible for developing relationships with prospects, providing them with information about our gym facilities and offerings, and ultimately converting leads into memberships. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fitness and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Actively engage in lead generation activities to attract potential members to the gym. This may include outreach through social media, local events, corporate partnerships, and other channels.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct consultations with prospective members to understand their fitness goals, preferences, and needs. Tailor membership packages and services to meet individual requirements, effectively communicating the value proposition of joining our gym.
- Facility Tours: Conduct guided tours of the gym facility, highlighting key features, equipment, and amenities. Provide detailed explanations of our programs, classes, and additional services to showcase the benefits of membership.
- Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects through personalized interactions, follow-up communications, and attentive customer service. Maintain a database of leads and regularly follow up to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to membership sign-up and onboarding. Utilize sales tracking systems to monitor progress, identify opportunities, and optimize conversion rates.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs established by management. Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase membership retention through upselling, referrals, and promotional campaigns.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends, fitness programs, and industry developments to effectively educate prospects and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other gym staff members, including fitness trainers, front desk personnel, and management, to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for members. Collaborate on marketing initiatives and promotional events to maximize sales opportunities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
