Role & responsibilities

Content Creation & Development:

Create, edit, and publish high-quality content for the official Madhya Pradesh Tourisms social media handles, website, and promotional materials.

Develop engaging tourism-related content, including articles, destination guides, itineraries, and blogs that resonate with different target audiences (domestic and international).

Content Strategy:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a robust content strategy to boost tourism in Madhya Pradesh.

Ensure content is optimized for SEO to increase online visibility and search rankings.

Monitor and analyse the performance of content, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.

Monitor competitor handles; analyse and strategise

Watch trends

Create and schedule engaging social media posts, campaigns, and stories to promote key destinations, events, and tourism activities.

Engage with followers, influencers, and tourism partners on social media.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the creative design team to produce visually appealing multimedia content (reels, videos, infographics, etc.) that complements written content.

Liaise with photographers, videographers, and graphic designers to develop high-quality tourism assets.

Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, and stakeholders to promote the tourism boards initiatives.

Research & Innovation:

Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new content marketing strategies to keep Madhya Pradesh's tourism promotions innovative and fresh.

Research and incorporate historical, cultural, and regional aspects into content to create authentic and informative material.

Experiment with new content formats and platforms to engage different audiences.

Editorial Excellence:

Ensure all content adheres to the tourism board's tone, style, and branding guidelines.

Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, and consistency.

Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all projects.

Client- regular communication with client; work on presentations for cleint.
