Role & responsibilities

  1. Collection: Ensuring all payments from DP customers are collected as per company guidelines.
  2. Query Resolution: Promptly addressing any customer queries with support from the sales, CRM, and operations teams.
  3. Credit Note Processing: Ensuring the timely creation and processing of credit notes in SAP.
  4. Payment Follow-up: Actively following up on outstanding payments through emails, calls, and in-person visits especially when payments are stuck or unresolved.
  5. No Due Certificate & Balance Confirmation: Managing the issuance of these certificates as needed.
  6. Ledger Reconciliation: Regularly reconciling customer ledgers to ensure accuracy.
  7. DSO Monitoring
  8. Bill-wise Payment Processing: Ensuring payments received are properly matched with their corresponding invoices in SAP.
  9. Dunning & Pre-Legal Handling: Managing overdue accounts and initiating the dunning process or pre-legal actions, following the company SOP.
  10. Achieving Targets: Striving to meet the collection targets set by management.
  11. Daily Customer Visits: Conducting visits for collection, reconciliation, and CAF
  12. CAF Processing: Ensuring the timely processing of Credit Assessment Forms in line with SOP

Preferred candidate profile

Must have 2-3 Yrs of experience in Credit Control profile

Willing to Travel in Surat Territory

Must be a B.Com Graduate
