About the Role

The Strategic Initiative Lead will be a key driver of critical growth and demand ecosystem transformation programs for the myPartner LOB. This individual will own the end-to-end planning and execution of business growth projects, operational efficiency initiatives, market expansion efforts, and travel agent ecosystem programs. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, cross-functional leadership, and executional excellence to deliver measurable impact on revenue, cost optimization, and market positioning.

What you'll be doing

Business Growth Projects

  • Identify and lead high-impact growth initiatives that directly contribute to topline and bottom-line improvement.
  • Build detailed business cases, forecast and analyze market trends, and secure leadership buy-in for proposed projects.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure successful go-to-market execution.

Process & Operational Efficiency

  • Conduct process diagnostics across demand functions to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement streamlined workflows, automation opportunities, and productivity improvements.
  • Track efficiency gains through cost savings, improved turnaround times, and enhanced travel agent experience.

Cross-Functional Strategy Ideation & Execution

  • Facilitate cross-functional brainstorming sessions to translate strategic goals into executable workstreams.
  • Build and manage initiative roadmaps, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and clarity of ownership.
  • Lead structured problem-solving sessions and decision-making forums to overcome execution challenges.

Market Expansion & New Initiatives

  • Evaluate new markets, geographies, and business opportunities using structured research and data analysis.
  • Develop entry strategies, partnership models, and go-to-market plans for new business verticals.
  • Execute pilot programs, measure performance, and scale successful initiatives.

Travel Agent Ecosystem Initiatives

  • Partner with the travel agent network to design programs that drive adoption, loyalty, and productivity.
  • Develop incentive structures, training modules, and engagement plans to strengthen agent contribution.
  • Build feedback loops from agents to inform product improvements and business decisions

Business Insights & Opportunity Execution

  • Collaborate with analytics teams to translate data into actionable insights for growth and efficiency.
  • Develop dashboards and scorecards to track business performance against strategic objectives.
  • Drive timely execution of opportunities by coordinating stakeholders, setting timelines, and monitoring outcomes

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA from a reputed institute with 68 years of experience across Sales, Demand Management, Business Development, and Operations.
  • Prior exposure to travel, e-commerce, or tech-driven marketplaces is highly preferred.
