Optimize utilization of CNC, VMC, gear shaper, hobbing, shaving, broaching, conventional machines and furnaces. Improve OEE, reduce breakdowns and ensure preventive maintenance. Ensure defect-free supplies, customer PPM < 200, and quick closure of complaints. Handle customer audits, PPAP, APQP and strengthen quality systems. Lead and mentor Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance managers. Build accountability through KPIs, MIS dashboards and review meetings. Train workforce on Lean, 5S, Kaizen, TPM. Control production costs (power, consumables, scrap, rework). Ensure On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery 95 PERCENT . Coordinate with marketing for new product development and sales growth. Ensure compliance with statutory, safety and environmental norms.
