  • Responsible for shift-based manpower distribution, operator overtime tracking, and planning of the next 24 hours scheduled or unscheduled activities.
  • To perform 24-hour quality gradation analysis and daily entry of breaks, waste, and quality details on board.
  • Monitoring safety incidents and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and filling up the event form and sharing it within 24 hours of any safety incident.
