Job Purpose The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of IT projects and programs in the IT department. In the Application Delivery Domain Integration, the focus of this role will be on the Integration with various other domains such as Order to Cash and Deliver. Our current integration landscape consists of WebMethods, SAP PO, BizTalk and Logic Apps and a large migration project is started to migrate to our end state based on SAP Integration Suite. Key Activities • Create project plans including objectives, deliverables, time plan, budget, organization• Build effective project team structures and recruit /assign project staff• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues• Deliver on time, within budget and with quality• Guide, steer and motivate project team members• Define and project objectives, deliverables, roles, planning and budget to successfully deliver projects.• Ensure compliance with respect to IT project methods, approaches, and project reporting• Work with architecture to ensure that standards are implemented consistently in projects• Promotes best practice methods, approaches, and practices for project management• Organize post project reviews contribute to improving project management capability. ExperienceA proven track record of successful IT project deliveryProject Management certification is a plus>5 years of experience in project management roles>2 years of experience in Integration projects. Like SAP CPI, SAP PO, BizTalk, WebMethods, API (Management) and Logic Apps. Good to have Business process integration knowledge like B2B, B2C, C2C & A2A. Batchelor or Master degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering or related field study CompetenciesAbility to build relations across stakeholders (business users, engineers, developers, dependent departments, steerco members) and influence.Ability to motivate a project team to drive to success.Self-driven and motivated to reach success.Strong leadership skillsPeople management skillsStrong communicatorAt AkzoNobel we are highly committed to ensuring an inclusive and respectful workplace where all employees can be their best self.
