Human Resource Associate

8848 Digital LLP provides clients with high quality ERPNext implementations, application customizations, management consulting and a variety of technical infrastructure services. 8848 Digital provides enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to mid-market companies around the world including custom solutions on web and mobile.

As an HR Associate, you should be able to handle and manage the department budgets. Prior work experience as an HR Associate or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stress efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage the performance of each employee and play a crucial role in their promotion.
  • Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  • Train and orient the new employees about office policies, procedures.
  • Devise training programs for the employees and make arrangements.
  • Maintain the office budget and record all expenses.
  • Hold meetings with the senior management to review the performance of the company and the staff.
  • Involve in the meetings that the management conducts about the organization's policies and the steps that it plans to take for its strategic development.
  • Assign and regulate clerical and secretarial functions.
  • Resolve disputes in the office.
  • Formulating and implementing HR strategies

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 1 Years of relevant working experience.
  • Good command of English skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing).
  • Excellent management skills including planning, budgeting and supervising of staff.
  • Excellent people management skills and ability to motivate and lead a diverse workforce to achieve desired results.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication.
