Job Description:

  • • Should have Greenfield/Brownfield project commissioning experience
  • • Knowledge of Package Systems ,PLC /SCADA system, Basic knowledge of HMI ,
  • • Knowledge of Transmitters, valves, Basic Instrumentation, Basic Electrical system, UPS system , Drives , PCC and MCC, Motors.
  • • Lead troubleshooting for resolution of major & critical failures/issues. Generate LFI, Alerts based on major failures, safety incidences
  • • Follow and enforce applicable HSEF procedures/ practices and Group Safety Standards.
  • • Carryout trouble shooting & support for major & critical failures / issues occurring at site resulting in reduction of production loss
  • • Conduct Performance monitoring & benchmarking of site E& I systems. Weekly monitoring & control of maintenance KPIs of E&I
  • • Implement and provide inputs to standardize best practices, group guidelines and LFIs for reliability improvement specific to plant instrumentation systems and govern plant asset renewal plan & obsolescence management
  • • Support for major activities, minor projects, plant expansions and modifications.
  • • Carry out Inspection, quality assurance, maintenance and safety audits as required
  • • Releasing Material and Service PR and their follow up.
  • • Support for Knowledge management and Documentation management.
  • • Responsible for plant maintenance cost budgeting and optimization of resources.
  • • Plan and organise jobs during turnaround/shutdown services
  • • Identify training needs for subordinates and support for competency and skill development.
  • • Shall have background of implementation/documentation of ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS and has an experience of facing IMS audits
  • • Shall have objective to achieve Industry Good maintenance practices, WCM standards
  • • Awareness of statutory compliances related electrical equipment
  • • Should work inline, to achieve targeted maintenance KPIs
  • • Equipment healthiness monitoring and reporting
  • • Inventory management: Inspection and GRNs clearance of all material received against PRs. New material codes creation, Inventory modelling of all spares, stock monitoring and requisitions creation to maintain optimum levels of inventory
  • • Should work inline, to achieve targeted maintenance KPIs
  • • Equipment healthiness monitoring and reporting
  • • Contractor management: Coordinate with various contract agencies to get the jobs done as per the Job scope. Job measurement sheets verification, etc. Train contractors on safety guidelines and job specific procedures. Skills required:
  • • Good communication skills
  • • Able to prepare HITRA, job method statement specific to the jobs
  • • Incident investigation tools RCA logic tree diagram/FMEA
  • • Have exposure to CMMS software like APM meridium
  • • SAP PM/MM module end-user experience
  • • MS Excel, power point, MS project
