Job Title: Architect/Designer (3-5 Years Experience)
Location: Noida Sector 125
Overview:
AEC Associates is seeking a motivated Architect/Designer with 3-5 years of experience in architectural and/or interior design and engineering services. The ideal candidate will have strong Revit and AutoCAD skills and will be responsible for producing construction documents and contributing to quality assurance processes on international projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drawing Production: Create and manage architectural drawings throughout all project phases (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, etc.) to meet project requirements and client expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Follow company SoPs and client-specific templates to ensure quality control in all drawings and construction documents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members, including architects, interior designers, and engineers, to deliver high-quality project documents on time.
- Self-management: Efficiently manage assigned tasks, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Process Adherence: Implement best practices to maintain design integrity and minimize errors during project execution.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in architectural/interior design/engineering documentation, preferably in both new construction and renovation projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Basic understanding of architectural design processes and construction systems.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
