About the Role We are looking for an energetic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Business Development) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and executing marketing strategies to drive company growth and brand awareness.

  • Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term business.
  • Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, sales pitches, and marketing reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve brand visibility and online presence through social media and digital marketing.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in events, exhibitions, or client meetings for brand representation and lead conversion.
  • Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media promotion, and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online marketing tools.
