Job Summary: We are looking for atalented Territory Sales Manager to join our Orthotics business. The incumbent willbe responsible for improving Therapy access and Adoption in the assigned Territory,by regular visits to customers, Managing and developing KOLs, ManagingDistributors through periodic Business Review and Training the applicationstaff. This role offers an exciting opportunity to impact patient'slives by helping them alleviate their pain and improve their quality of life,thereby bringing smile to patients. The ideal candidate must have excellentcommunication and organizational skills. He must be able to lead andmotivate the distributors and their Team, build and maintain customer relationships, andanalyse sales objectives and performance metrics. We are looking for someonewith a strong technical acumen who is able to understand and explain the typesof therapy and products that we offer. Key Responsibilities:· Drive Sales for OrthoticsBusiness (Breg & Aspen).· Identify and appointdistributors for effective territory coverage.· Train and Coach the DistributorSales staff for better performance.· Ability to draw up ownaction plan to deliver a target within an agreed time scale· Ability to 'Value Sell',i.e. probe to find real needs/wants.· Ability to understand theTherapy nuances, and conduct periodic application support training todistributor employees.· Key account managementexperience. Having direct relationship with key users and ensuring continuedbusiness from Key accounts.· Sales call managementthrough CRM portal and Secondary salesfocus· Apply advanced marketingskills to develop a thorough understanding of customer requirements andpurchase behaviour. Monitor the Competitors Sales Activities and communicatethe same to the Supervisor and Marketing Team.· Identify growthopportunities in the assigned geography, developing strategies and effectiveexecution of action plan through Distributors and their Team.· Provide information &analysis of price trends of the key products within the Industry portfolio andcompetitive price information to Marketing Team.· Compliance to follow systems and processes. Requirements· Education : Must be a Science Graduate.· Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience in sales role(within Medicalindustry) , Sales experience in Orthopaedic specialty is desirable.· Proventrack record of sales achievement and channel management· Desireto Travel and conduct cold calls· Skills : Planning, Effective Communication, ProductDemonstration, Prospecting, Negotiation, Relationship Building, Collaborationand Teamwork.· Attitude & Behaviours: Self -motivated, Driven by targets,Results -orientation, Perseverance, Customer focus, business acumen, and Learning agility.
