Role & responsibilities

  • Design and develop new farm equipment and continuously improve existing agricultural machinery.
  • Expertise in building product from scratch.
  • Lead 3D modelling, prototyping, and testing of machine components and assemblies.
  • Build and validate working prototypes, ensuring functional and performance requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, quality, vendors) to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings, documentation, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Coordinate with vendors for product development, quality parameter finalization, and supplier approval.
  • Vendor Developments, Sourcing of business partners & developers.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma,Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in product design and development.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
