About the Company

We are a growing Bag Accessories manufacturing company based in Paharganj, Delhi. With a strong presence in the domestic B2B market, we focus on delivering quality products and building long-term customer relationships. To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a dynamic and versatile female Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive sales, manage online leads, and handle digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Relationship


• Handle telecalling to generate and convert sales leads.


• Manage inquiries and sales through Indiamart, Justdial, TradeIndia, and other online B2B platforms.


• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers for repeat and bulk orders.


• Track leads, maintain sales reports, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Digital & Social Media Marketing


• Manage company's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).


• Regularly post content, product updates, and promotional campaigns.


• Design, edit, and create marketing creatives using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.


• Assist in creating presentations, catalogs, and marketing material.

Administrative & Reporting


• Prepare sales and marketing reports in Microsoft Excel.


• Create business presentations, proposals, and product showcases in PowerPoint.


• Coordinate with internal teams for order updates, stock details, and dispatch tracking.

Candidate Requirements


• Candidate with 1–4 years of sales/marketing experience (preferably in manufacturing or trading industries).


• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.


• Proficiency in Canva/Adobe (or similar editing tools) for social media graphics and marketing content.


• Must be well-versed in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.


• Good understanding of social media platforms and online sales channels.


• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to multitask in sales and marketing roles.
