Job Role:
- Identify target markets and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and collaboration with the Marketing Team.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, emphasizing the value and benefits of our software solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and maintaining detailed records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- Attend initial sales meetings and engage with clients to determine their business requirements and the suitability of our products.
- Understand customers' diverse business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them.
- Ensure quality of service by developing and documenting a thorough knowledge of the technical specifications and features of clients' systems and processes.
- Market and promote our product portfolio by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events.
- Stay informed about evolving software and hardware systems.
- Develop effective sales plans using established sales methodology.
- Advise on software features and their potential applications.
- Meet personal and team sales targets.
- Network with existing customers to maintain relationships and promote additional products and upgrades.
- Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports, and supporting literature.
- Manage workload to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.
- Contribute to team and progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
- Coordinate internally with stakeholders like Product, Tech Support, Finance, and Project teams to address customer issues and queries.
- Willingness to travel at short notice anywhere in India.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of software solutions and their application in various industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in B2B software product and solution sales in India.
