We're expanding our India operations and looking for a hands-on SEO & SEM specialist based onsite in Kerala. If you love driving performance, scaling traffic, and building high-impact campaigns—this role is for you.

What You'll Work On

SEO (Core Focus)


• Technical audits, on-page optimization, schema, Core Web Vitals


• Deep keyword research + intent mapping


• Category & product SEO optimization in Shopify


• Content creation workflows using AI tools


• Backlink strategy & authority building

Google Ads / Paid Search/Meta/ instagram


• Manage and scale Search, Shopping, PMax, and Retargeting campaigns


• Daily bid, audience, and creative optimization


• GMC feed hygiene, troubleshooting, and product categorization


• A/B testing for ads & landing pages

Growth & Support


• Work with email/SMS team (Klaviyo) on SEO-friendly content


• Assist with retail campaigns (mailers, printer coordination when needed)


• Collaborate with product, content, and analytics teams

AI-Driven Execution


• Use ChatGPT/Gemini/Meta AI to accelerate:

- Content production

- Keyword clustering

- Metadata generation

- QA and reporting

Analytics & Reporting


• GA4, Search Console, Shopify Analytics, Clarity


• Weekly reporting on organic growth, ROAS, CAC, feed status & SEO health

What You Need


• 3–6 years hands-on SEO + Google Ads experience (eCommerce preferred)


• Proven results in ranking growth, traffic scale, and ROAS improvements


• Strong with SEMrush/Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, GMC, feed tuning


• Familiar with Shopify SEO best practices


• Comfortable working onsite (Kerala, India) – not remote


• Strong communication, fast execution, and an AI-driven workflow mindset

• Experience in medical/healthcare catalogs


• Basic understanding of Odoo or product data flows


• Knowledge of retail/print marketing
