Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats in Spanish language.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to products/services offered by the company.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B2/C1 level certification in Spanish language (CEFR).
  • 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support role, preferably in an international call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms in Spanish language.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings from Monday to Friday (with weekends off) and occasional overtime requirements.
