Company DescriptionJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver electrical design packages with a focus on low voltage (LV) systems and high voltage (HV) substation design.
  • Ensure accuracy in drawings and calculations, compliance with relevant international codes and standards, and that designs are safe, economic and constructible.
  • Collaborate with global project teams, maintaining close coordination with our UK-based colleagues and clients.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members.
  • Contribute to project delivery, design assessments and provide construction support when required.
  • Engage in continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.
Qualifications
  • Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng), or Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent in the relevant field from any global organization (e.g., Institution of Civil Engineers, UK).
  • 12 Years of experience
  • Proven experience in LV and HV electrical design, preferably on Rail infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of international design standards (such as Network Rail, BS, IEC, or equivalent).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interface with multi-disciplinary teams across geographies.
  • Experience working with UK clients or on international projects is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to manage design packages independently and contribute to project planning and execution.
