Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and assist in managing tour groups during travel.

  2. Guide tourists, explain destinations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  3. Communicate effectively with guests in English & Hindi.

  4. Coordinate with drivers, hotels, and vendors for smooth tour operations.

  5. Maintain discipline, safety, and punctuality during tours.

  6. Handle basic complaints or issues raised by tourists.

  7. Report daily tour updates to the management.

Requirements:

  1. 10th Pass or higher qualification.

  2. At least 2 years of experience in tour guiding / travel operations.

  3. Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

  4. Friendly, polite, and customer service-oriented.

  5. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours.

6. Age should be - 30 years and above

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7, ₹12,796.54 per month
