Install and configure IBS/DAS systems, including antennas, splitters, couplers, connectors, and cables.

Perform site surveys, identify coverage requirements, and support in solution implementation.

Carry out RF signal testing (using tools like spectrum analyzers, PIM testers, SWR meters, and site survey apps).

Ensure proper cable routing, termination, and labeling as per project standards.

Conduct walk tests and drive tests for signal quality and troubleshoot coverage issues.

Support IBS engineers in system integration and acceptance testing with operators.

Maintain records of installations, test results, and site reports.

Adhere to safety standards, site protocols, and quality assurance processes.

Provide post-installation support and preventive maintenance at client sites

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field).

1–3 years of hands-on experience in IBS/DAS installation and maintenance

Knowledge of RF fundamentals, antenna types, and cabling standards.

Experience with tools like Site Master, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, and PIM Tester (preferred).

Ability to read and understand IBS design drawings and layouts.

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
