The OpportunityJoin Adobe as a Sales Operations Analyst in the vibrant city of Bucharest, Romania, and play a key role in driving our sales strategy to new heights. This position is uniquely poised at the intersection of data analysis and innovative solutions, offering you the chance to create significant impacts on our sales processes.
What you'll Do- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL (Azure Databricks preferred)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations and ensure seamless execution
- Provide actionable insights to sales leadership to craft and refine our strategy
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales policies and procedures
- Support the sales team with data-driven decision-making and ad hoc analysis
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all sales systems and tools
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales operations or a similar analytical role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively
- Cooperative attitude with a firm resolve to reach team targets
- Proficient in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage
