Being a part of a fast-growing and dynamic team that serves the need of local public and private hospitals regarding order fulfillment, invoicing, and shipping of products. Manage order handling, product allocation, follow up of shipments, consignment management, providing proper updates, and exceptional customer experience.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage Order-to-Cash for local hospitals (private and public); Process orders and follow up shipments to deliver required products in time.
• Ensure all orders and deliveries meet customer requirements regarding documentation and packaging.
• Be the 1st point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and resolving their inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners, like the commercial, operations, planning, and finance team. Support regional sales force and Business Unit Managers.
• Act as a spider in the web, taking necessary action in close collaboration with different departments to secure smooth order processing and provide excellent customer service.
• Contribute to continuously improving the service to customers and driving customer satisfaction.
• Address specific customer requests and inquiries and liaise with internal stakeholders as needed.
• Communicate effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders to keep them informed of the status of the process and orders.
• Maintain correct and updated administration.
• Act as a team member in support of department objectives.
• Process product complaints and service incidents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable procedures and local legislation.

What we are looking for: Must Have:

• Education level: Bachelor Degree
• Customer-centric mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Multiyear experience in the area of Customer Service and Order-to-Cash process
• Experience with SAP
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Experience in export services and logistics
• Experience with Cloud
• Experience in the MedTech industry
